1. What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are net 30 days.

2. What’s involved in opening an account?
Download our Credit Application or call and we will send you one. Complete the application including your bank and trade references.

3. Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express for invoice payments.

4. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed by contacting your GLWC Sales Representative, Fax or Email. GLWC also has EDI capabilities.

5. How soon after placing an order can I expect to receive it?
Items from stock that are placed before 4:00 p.m. EST ship the same day; orders received after 4:00 p.m. EST ship next day. Special order items are quoted accordingly. Standard quantity custom cable assemblies generally ship within 2-3 days ARO.

6. How will our product ship?
GLWC has partnerships with several notable carriers. Small package orders ship UPS, Federal Express (Fedx) or DHL. Larger shipments (palletized) ship Con-Way Central Express (CCX) or R&L Carriers. GLWC has special alliances with these carriers and receive discounts that we extend to our customers.

7. Can we ship internationally?
Yes, GLWC can make special arrangements to ship internationally.

8. How long will it take to receive my order once it has shipped?
GLWC has the ability to ship orders overnight with special arrangements UPS or FedX next day priority, second day or third day air guaranteed at the customer’s expense. UPS can get most packages anywhere in the Continental U.S. within 4 business days, standard delivery. Between CCX and R&L we can get large freight shipments anywhere in the Continental U.S. within 4-5 business days. Please contact your Sales Representative to discuss accurate shipment intervals based on your geographical location.

GLWC services a variety of different companies, ranging from small contractors to Fortune 500 companies. This includes data, telephony and security contractors, RBOC’s, CLEC’s, ILEC’s, turf and cluster vendors, automotive suppliers, automotive contractors and large end users such as hospitals, universities and governmental agencies.
